The problem

Everyone says you need AI, and almost no one will say what it is for in your business. So it waits, and the work stays in your head, your inbox and your evenings.
- AI. Software you can talk to in plain English. It reads, writes, sorts and compares, fast.
- LLM. Large language model. A program that has read a huge amount of writing and can write back. ChatGPT runs on one.
- Prompt. What you type or say to it. Your directions.
- Agent. A program that works through a task step by step. A good one checks back with you.

Where it started: quotes were typed by hand and tracked in scattered spreadsheets.
Talk it through. We sat down with the owner and asked questions first.
Pick one thing. How a quote becomes an invoice, written down in plain words.
Watch it work. We built a working quote tool, showed it working, and delivered it with written rules and a guide for a new operations employee.
What was delivered:
- A written map of how a quote becomes an invoice.
- A working quote tool that opens in a web browser. It was built to track each quote, log what each supplier was asked and what came back, and compare suppliers side by side.
- The price sheet a customer gets before an order, in the layout the company already used.
- Six repeat chores set up for AI, each with written rules. In one, a drafted supplier request goes to the owner before it is sent. In another, each quote gets a checklist review before it goes out.
- A written guide for a new employee in operations.
- A written plan for the next phase.

- What does it cost?
- You will know the cost and the dates before any work starts. It depends on the work, so we post no price.
- How much of my time does this take?
- Before anything starts, you will know the dates and how much of your time we need. It depends on the work.
- Will it replace my people?
- That is not what we build. The tool takes the chores, and your people make the calls. What happens to anyone's position is your decision, not ours and not the tool's. The quote tool we built for a Florida exporter came with a written guide for a new employee.
- What do I have at the end?
- One working thing, a written guide, and a short plan for what could come next.
- Do I need to know anything about AI first?
- No. If you can tell us about your week, you know enough.
- Do I have to change how I work?
- As little as we can manage. AI should adjust to you. You should not have to adjust to it.
- Is this a class, or an IT service?
- It is not an IT service. We do coach and train, and most of the names on this page include that work. A first piece of work goes further than a class: we learn your business, get one real thing working with AI, and hand it to your team.
- Who does the work?
- Brandon leads it, and you work with him. He directs the AI tools that do the building, and a person checks the work. If the work needs a designer or an engineer, he tells you first.
- Can I trust what it writes?
- Not without a check. AI can be wrong and sound sure. That is why a person checks the work, and why the decisions stay with you.
- Will you promise me results?
- No. We will not promise a number before we understand your business. What we do promise is on this page, and you can hold us to it.
- What if I want more after the first one?
- We are the step before the engineers. If you want more after one, that is a bigger build, and it is engineering work. We will say so plainly.
- What does the name mean?
- You have a thought about what AI could do for your business. We help it make the leap into one real thing that works.

We speak nerd, so you do not have to.
For more than two decades, Brandon Carson has been the business person who could talk to the computer people. At Enterprise Florida (2008 to 2012) he helped lead the rollout of one shared contact system to all 67 Florida counties.
What those years taught him: the software is the easy part. The people are the real work.
